By submitting payment, you are agreeing to all of the below policies:
If you need to cancel your gear rental, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of your delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within the 24 hour period are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, and the refund will be calculated at 85% of the total cost of your rental. Reservations made for the same day are non-refundable.
Gear Damage Policy
If you opt out of the gear insurance, you are held to the below policy:
If you do not opt in to the gear insurance fee, you are 100% responsible for any damage of gear. Fees for gear with minor damage are charged at 20% of the retail cost of the gear. Should you return your gear in need of additional cleaning beyond our normal cleaning process, the fee is $10-$20/item (based on how much additional cleaning is required).
Any gear that is lost, stolen, or otherwise never returned will be charged to you at the full retail price of the item plus 20%.
Gear that is returned with significant damage beyond repair will be charged to you at the full retail price of the item plus 20%.
Optional Gear Insurance
If you opt into the gear insurance, you are held to the below policy:
The optional gear insurance is 10% of the total cost of your rental. The gear insurance covers normal wear and tear, minor stains and minor damage. Gear insurance does not cover loss or theft, nor does it cover significant damage. If you return your gear and it shows significant damage beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail price of the item. Any gear that is lost, stolen, or otherwise never returned will be charged the full retail price of the item.
If the Equipment is not returned by the time and date specified in your reservation, you will be charged on the credit card on file the then current daily rate, plus a daily late charge of $25.00 per item until the equipment is returned and inspected for damage or that such time as the Late Fees total the replacement costs for the equipment.
